This virus is known as ‘win32.Iddono’. It has some variants win32.Iddono.20 and win32.Iddono.14. This virus appeared in the internet from September 2001. It was written in Delphi programming language. Sometimes this virus is called newfolder.exe virus because it will create startup file named newfolder.exe.
The type of this virus is RAT (Remote Access Trojan). RAT is a malicious program that runs invisible on such PC. It will open such IP port number on infected computer. It will notify IP Address and port number of infected computer to intruder via email or URL request. After intruder gets the message, he can take over the infected computer easily. Intruder can do anything he want with the infected computer, he can broadcast an e-mail, send DoS (Denial of Service) attack, thief passwords, etc.

Kill Processes:
Kill editor.exe, iddono20.exe, srvidd20.exe, newfolder.exe processes.
- To kill processes you need to open Windows Task Manager.
- Open Processes tab, and find above processes, right click and choose ‘End Process’.
Unregister DLLs:
Unregister libedit.dll, shelliddono.dll DLL files.
- First, you need to search the exact location of those files.
- After you know the files, you need to open Windows Command Prompt.
- Then go to the directory where those files located.
- To unregister DLL you need to run command: regsvr32 /u [FILENAME] in that folder.
example: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\> regsvr32 /u Iddono.dll
Delete other Files:
Delete following files: editor.exe, iddono20.exe, libedit.dll, shelliddono.dll, srv0104.ids, srvidd20.exe, newfolder.exe. First you need to search the location of those files. Then delete the files.
