yogaYoga is a group of ancient spiritual practices from India. In today world, yoga is popular as method to meditate which are thought to lead spiritual experience.

A yoga positions or postures are known as Asana it was part of above ancient spiritual worship. It is a way of practices that involves the spiritual part, within the mind body and soul.

The heart of yoga practice is the performance of the Asana. The Asana allow us to meditate on the body and gain knowledge of its nature. Since Asana can be destructive when you done without proper guidance, you must find a good yoga teacher. Its better you go to yoga class nearby you.

For beginner, the study of yoga is focused on learning how to do basic Asana correctly. You will do the positions again and again until your body becomes stronger and flexible. In the middle and advanced level you will have more stronger and flexible body.
